ParetoStudio subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner, Paddle (the Merchant of Record). This refund policy applies to all paid plans (Pro and Team).
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your initial purchase. If you have not substantially used the Service during the withdrawal period, you may request a full refund.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@paretostudio.io within 14 days of your first payment, stating your request for withdrawal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Billing > Manage Plan. When you cancel:
Beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, for downgrading to a lower plan, or for lack of use of the Service.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and can process refunds faster than the chargeback process.
